40% of the largest banks in Russia suffered losses, reports the first deputy head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Tulin.
According to him, the banking sector suffered losses in currency swaps for the first time in seven years due to the West’s ban on trading in the dollar, euro and other convertible currencies.
