A few days ago, I checked to see if Libs of TikTok was covered by workers comp in Florida to determine if it had employees. It does not have workers comp &, as I recall, the only company registered to Dillon that does is Optisearch Marketing LLC...

A very good possibility Seth Dillon & Chaya Raichik had a business relationship as early as Aug or even July 2021. Dillon registered Babylon Bee Media LLC on Aug 20 & the first Libs of TikTok application was filed five days later...

What baffled me for months was how Chaya Raichik, a member of a prominent Chabad-Lubavitch family in Los Angeles, hooked up w Seth Dillon, a Christian whose father is a minister & author & who lives in Juno Beach in Palm Beach County...

I spent a fair amount of effort trying to figure out why both Libs of TikTok trademark applications, one dated Aug 25 2021 & the other dated Dec 13 2021, was registered to New Africa Wire LLC...

New Africa Wire LLC was registered in Feb 2018 by Grant Lally, the same attorney who is listed on the LOTT trademark applications...

Grant Lally is a well known Republican lawyer in NYS who founded the NYS chapter of the Federalist Society per his bio on the Lally & Misir website...

I'm not going to go into how much time I spent looking into why Lally registered the LOTT trademark but my best guess is Seth Dillon wanted the trademark registered in a hurry & anonymously so Lally listed a dormant LLC he owned as the applicant...

I assume ownership of the Libs of TikTok trademark has been assigned to LOTT LLC. Grant Lally, btw, registered Lally Media LLC in May 2022...

I don't have any more to say about Seth Dillon & Chaya Raichik at this time. My hope is someone finds the information I put together helpful.
