“Homesteading” is not about subsistence farming. You made that up yourselves. Homesteading is about returning to nature and getting unplugged, becoming less reliant on Babylon, and hopefully creating an uncancelable form of income.

Yeah, no shit. It’s also intrinsically rewarding to feed yourself outside the system. “Eat the bugs! Drink the oat milk!” No thanks! I got my own cow.

Live in the pod! That’s okay, appreciate the offer but I have five beautiful acres.

Hey, you trying to teach my kids there’s no difference between men and women? Luckily they’ve raised goats and horses and know the makes and females behave differently, absent any “social construct.” My kids are connected to actual reality, the stuff that grows from the ground.

Historically, very very free people were a “just farmers”. It’s not invalid to have outside sources of income. “Oh you can only homestead because you have this other job!” Okay? And? Medieval peasants did all kinds of other jobs outside growing and harvesting season.

It’s not about running away, it’s about BUILDING a parallel society that isn’t dependent on Babylon. If it’s too hard for you, fine, wage cuck in your cubicle and eat bug burgers. But don’t sour grapes the people trying to ACTUALLY do something instead of being impotent online.

Liberal homesteading Oregonians will inherit the earth before RW trads who counter signal living naturally.
