Team - We've done all we can in CO. Our fundraising has dried up. This is normal with a strong candidate, like Adam Frisch/@AdamForColorado

But we'll keep prosecuting all the complaints filed. We're not giving up, just staying out of the way for the rest of the campaign.

However, know this: Boebert plays dirty. She will do anything to keep this racket going.

Look at the wealth she's accumulated in 2 years. She wants that gravy train to continue.

She doesn't give one shit about CO and has zero comprehension on how to help CO folks.

But the press & some supporters believe the district is too R for Adam to win. Wrong.

It was all a orchestrated smokescreen. No one is in jail & no lawsuit filed.

Below is nastygram "lawyer" never sent via "certified mail". We received it from @HoustonKeene at Fox. It likely written by @laurenboebert's teenage staff with help from Fox. We still believe our sources & lawyer, Fox, & BoBo can still FO.

1/ Y'all deserve the truth.

Here is what @laurenboebert tried to do last week in an attempt to discredit our supporters and work to fire Boebert.

@davidbwheeler, our Co-Founder, made no secret he was in CO last week to meet with supporters, sources of info & potential donors.

2/ On June 21, Wheeler gave away t-shirts on a public sidewalk near Boebert's cafe, Shooters (or Shitters as it's known) and her campaign office. The cafe was nearly empty and the campaign office was completely empty.

Wheeler didn't create a disruption & was there for 15 mins.

3/ Boebert's staff called the cops on Wheeler. The interaction between Wheeler and PD was professional.

Wheeler departed CO on 22nd as planned without posting he'd left for home in NC.

Boebert thought Wheeler was still in CO. She had her lawyers concoct a basis for a TRO.

Hi. Many of you are expressing concerns about the Boebert story we posted yesterday. Y'all have been generous with your energy, information, donations, and cheering us on everyday so let's talk.

1. Has Boebert actually talked to a member of the press today about our allegations? NO.

2. Have we spoken with the press? YES. No less than 18 interviews today and zero "no comments". One reporter from Buzz Feed corrected some portions of his story after we had a call.

3. Has any material fact changed from the ATV accident story? NO

4. Has Boebert filed the accident report that is due to be filed within 14 days of an OHV injury or death under Utah law yet? NO
