I've been getting a lot of messages from folks asking about how and where to get @webflow design and dev clients. So I decided to put this thread with quick tips and a few good places you can look for opportunities.
Starting with TIPS: 🧵
TIP 1: Keep your portfolio in shape. In fact, you don't even need a portfolio website. You can use your own Webflow public profile. Create 3-5 fake / passion projects showing your skills and publish on "Made in Webflow". If you get featured, there's a big potential for leads!
TIP 2: Make it easy to find you online. Pick one or two social media that you can focus your attention, keep your profile in shape, and then have an easy CTA for email / calendly.
TIP 3: Share like crazy. Once you have your projects on your portfolio, present your work in the best way possible and share everywhere you can. If you don't show yourself, no one will see you. 😉
NOW, a few places where you can actively look for opportunities:
1. flowremote.io - a Job board specific for Webflow designers and devs. You can find opportunities for full-time, part-time and even freelancer. All top quality opportunities.
2. codemap.io is something similar to UpWork, but focused on no-code solutions, like Webflow. I saw multiple opportunities there with good pay. Worth check it out as well.
3. LinkedIn. Yeah, I know, not everyone likes it. But I got a good number of leads there looking for Webflow devs, so I'd definitely share my work there. You can even search for job opportunities focused on Webflow.
4. Webflow communities! Usually there is channels on these communities focused on sharing opportunities for client projects. And also it doesn't hurt to make some networking, right? @joinflowparty is a great place to start.
All right, that's it! I hope these tips and resources can help you find clients and more opportunities to grow and be independent!
If you know other good places to look for #webflow gigs, share it in the comments!

Some people DM'ed me asking questions about how I get clients. I'm far from mastering the game, but I'm happy with my results so far. So I decided to talk about my journey as a @webflow freelancer.
Bear with me, LONG thread. 🧵
1. First of all, I'm into Webflow design / dev for around 7-8 months. But before that, I did a mix of things for the past 11 years - graphic design, branding, then jumped to dev work (frontend, backend, then "full-stack" dev doing WP stuff). So I got some previous experience.
2. As a full-stack dev doing WP stuff, I was not happy. Don't get me wrong, WP is awesome and empowers a lot of people out there. But my work was boring, focused on building software, limited by hourly rates. I was missing being creative, do more visual stuff, being free.
