1. Earlier today the Planning Research & Statistics Directorate of the #NCDMB held another Stakeholder’s Sensitization Workshop on Expatriate Quota Management Initiative to Strengthen Compliance with the NOGICD-Act 2010 at Bon Hotel, Warri, Delta State
2. The workshop which was attended by various stakeholders from the Oil and Gas, and Maritime Industries as well as officials of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency @nimasaofficial was aimed at educating stakeholders on the workings of the NOGIC-JQS Platform.
3. Representing the Executive Secretary, NCDMB, @wabote_simbi, Director PRS, Mr Patrick Obah, who was in turn represented by Mr Ene Ette, Manager, Planning & Policy Development, explained the importance of the NOGIC-JQS portal as a tool used to manage key NCDMB processes.
4.He explained that the statement by the Board, Ministry of Interior & former DPR against the illegal use of Manpower supply Permits to deploy Expatriate in the Oil & Gas Industry is aimed at ensuring Knowledge & Technology transfer and not to Nigerianize positions in the sector.

ES #NCDMB, Engr. Simbi Wabote (@wabote_simbi) (FNSE) represented by Director (PRS) NCDMB, Mr. Patrick Obah earlier today receive a delegation of the National Institute for Security Studies (NISS) led by he Deputy Commandant/Director of Studies, (NISS), Mr D.E Egeji.
Part of the delegation were 15 participants of Syndicate 3 of the Executive Intelligence Management Course (EIMC) 15, who came on a State Study Tour themed: "The Global Climate Challenge: Prospects and Priorities for Economic Development and Conflict Resolution in Africa."
Mr Egbeji said the purpose of the course is to foster inter-agency synergy, international cooperation & impact on the participants the required knowledge that can help them
address the ever dynamic and ever-changing complex
