First of all let me be clear.
I am not a Physiotherapist. But I have seen and worked closely with
Physio’s. This thread is dedicated to all the #physiotherapist working dedicatedly towards their profession.
Many times I wonder, Physiotherapist are not even considered Doctors. Specially In India I have seen this.
I will give short example of why I have faith in Physio exercises and Physiotherapist.
One guy had road accident and after his knee surgery his Orthopaedic Surgeon said, “You won’t be able to walk properly, slight difference in your leg will be always visible when you walk.”
He was prescribed for physio session. And his Physio doctor said, “Forget what your surgeon said, Remember two things, Have faith in yourself and second in my capability of being your physio Dr.
…Trust me within few months, You’ll be able to walk normally
as you were walk/run before your accident. Yes the exercise will be little painful for you but first you have to overcome that psychological fear you have in your mind.
Rest leave it upto me…

I have seen that guy crying in pain for the exercises but within few months. He recovered so well that in today’s time. No one can say he had a terrific accident in past.
As my close friend is also physiotherapist. And she is was this same Doctor who said have faith in yourself and my capabilities of being physiotherapist to that guy.
Often use to do content writing her social media page. And from my observation I’ve wrote…
“Right from infant in a prime
to old aged person on wheel chair, we treat everyone equally with necessary required treatment”
There are many such examples even of toddlers. And other inspiring stories of patients.

सिर्फ दिन में 1 या 2 घंटे बैठ के किसी बुक / लैपटॉप या डायरी में नहीं लिखी जाती कहानी
सबसे पहले ज़हन में होती है, और अंत तक ज़हन में रहती है जब तक आखरी पन्ने पे लिखी आखरी लाइन का वो आखरी शब्द न लिखा जाय....
जब लिख नहीं रहे होते तब भी किरदार या कहानी या तो हमारे मन में ज़हन में सवाल कर रहे होते है या किसी अधूरे छोड़े संवाद को पूरा कर रहे होते हैं.
और इन सबका कोई एक फिक्स समय नहीं होता
यह टॉयलेट सीट पे भी ख्याल आता है,
सुबह वॉक पे निकलो तब भी...
कहानी और किरदार मन में चल रहे होते के जहाँ लिखना छोड़ा उसके आगे कैसे लेके जाना है.
या फिर शाम की चाय पीते पीते, खाना खाते खाते. यहाँ तक आधी रात को नींद खुलने पर भी
तब जाके कहीं ज़हन में सोची हुई कहानी
उसके किरदार उस तरह से पन्नो पर नज़र आते
जैसे सोचे जाते हैं. उसके बाद भी…
