Exhibit 67: #MourningGate
BBC News' on screen caption omits mention of Meghan who is clearly pictured also viewing the floral tributes at Windsor. Rebecca English (Daily Mail) tweeted and deleted a false claim Harry and Meghan did not meet the public. Mistake or deliberate? ImageImageImage
Exhibit 68: #HoldingHandsGate
The Express decides to consider how appropriate it was for Harry and Meghan to hold hands at yesterday's ceremony for the late Queen Elizabeth II. At no point did they look at the other members of the royal family at the same event. ImageImageImageImage
Exhibit 68A: #HoldingHandsGate
The Daily Mail reports the hand holding between Harry and Meghan in very different fashion from the hand holding of Zara and Mike Tindall. ImageImage

Time for a thread. Let's have a look how the Conservative/right wing commentators are now backpedalling furiously. We begin with Darren Grimes. He confidently declared on GB News that Prince Charles was a 'clown prince' rather than the Crown Prince.
This was tweeted, seemingly with approval, by GB News in July this year.
Darren Grimes has performed quite the volte face from his 'clown prince' comments. His backing for the new King is something he's been most keen to express on Twitter.

It's so difficult being a so-called "journalist" who is really just a pro-Conservative political commentator. You feel the need to demand the presence of an unwell 96 year old woman for political purposes. Then days later you realise that same woman is all too mortal. For shame. ImageImage
Please don't respond with nasty snark. Firstly, the passing of any person should be marked with either sympathy, respect or silence. Secondly, snark and negativity will not serve you well - you may find yourself receiving a terrible backlash. Be mindful. Be careful.

Exhibit 47: #BookGate

Exhibit 39: #PrivacyGate
Any parent in the public eye would understandably want to keep their kids out of the gaze of the paparazzi. Yet look at how differently the two royal couples are treated for it. ImageImageImageImage
Exhibit 40: #ExpensiveClothingGate
If in the public eye as much as Meghan and Kate, one has to dress well. That doesn't come cheap. McQueen and De La Renta are both top designers, neither are cheap. Why is £94k worth of clothing OK for one, but the other "has expensive taste"? ImageImageImage
Exhibit 41: #BabyGenderGate
Apparently noone in the UK ever knows the gender of their expected baby, despite the clarity of ultrasound scans. Knowing the gender of your baby is "the LA way", linked to Meghan's nationality. (Nationality is part of race).

Who are all the hypocrites who voted against abolishing the Tampon Tax back in 2015 but have had a sudden change of heart? First up, Steve Baker, Conservative MP for Wycombe.
Next we have Bernard Jenkin, Conservative MP for Harwich and North Essex. The patronising way in which he calls Stella Creasy "feisty" really shows his commitment against sexism. Nice job!
Rishi Sunak, the Chancellor and Conservative MP for Richmond, Yorkshire, also voted against the 2015 motion to abolish the Tampon tax. What's with the autographed graphics, Rishi? Do you think you're some kind of rock star?
