You know that’s the right call. Just do it. I think he puts the last pieces to this puzzle together. Trust me on this one. This situation I think would peak his interest. From a sheer challenge perspective it’s too tough to back down from.

It would be a cross horizontal vertical restructuring. It realigns a powerhouse of individuals who’s actions impacts the organization, day to day operations, and on field responsibility. It’s laying down the tracks for optimal feedback. You all think the same.
