I rewatched President Biden's address from this past Thursday and it is was more disappointing on the second watch than I originally realized while watching it live. Here's why...
President Biden's address to the nation was disappointing, extremely divisive, but most of all, alarming. Presented as a speech for “the soul of the nation,” Biden’s rhetoric towards his political opponents and their constituents only increased disunity in our country.
Perhaps the @WhiteHouse should have presented @POTUS' speech as “splitting” the soul of the nation instead.
Today I will be documenting the xenophobic attacks I receive. The attackers hate racism, white supremacy, and anything dealing with discrimination or prejudice based on skin color or heritage, but they willingly and unapologetically dish out what they hate… let’s start:
The greatest piece of “therapy” I got was from my father at age 16, after a basketball game [we won], where I played horribly. My father didn’t raise his voice, scold me, or do anything of such. He simply said, “you’re not eating tonight.” To be honest, although this seems harsh
he had a point. We get home and he doesn’t say anything to me until the next morning. That morning he told me, “it doesn’t matter if you show up for work, it doesn’t matter if you’re on time, those are all of the things you’re supposed to do, you don’t get rewarded for
that. But if there is standard or an expectation for you to perform at a certain level, and you fall short of that level, you didn’t do your job, and therefore you didn’t earn your keep.” After that convo, I never performed at such a level ever again. Btw, my mom ended up feeding
I’m gonna go ahead and say it… there is a certain sect of American blacks in our country that do most of the crime and cause most of the crime we see everywhere. They are the least educated, most troublesome, and pure degenerates that can not be rehabilitated. There are types of
these people within EVERY race but this specific group is the most problematic (based on statistics). However, b/c our society is so obsessed with race, especially race relations of the past, this group is cloaked by the entire American black race when they shouldn’t be & they
are lumped in with the rest of the American blacks, when they shouldn’t be. American media sensationalizes their behaviors & portray them to be representative of the entire race of people when they are truly a small fraction of the race, who the race itself detests. Yet, b/c the
Let me say this before I forget… it has come to my attention that many feel that because Twitter is a private company that they have the right to restrict speech that they deem offensive but this is false. The fact that these people have engaged in the mental gymnastics to even
assume this position is preposterous. No one has the right to limit speech not only is it the first amendment, but it is natural law. Secondly, the means to which Twitter conducts business is through a public utility, which is the internet, and serves as the digital public square
If you cannot restrict speech along a public park or any other physical public place, the same goes for the internet. Lastly, and more importantly, Twitter is a free app meaning it makes it revenue through its users. It makes no sense to attempt to control the behavior and
