Disclaimer: This is my routine last semester that works perfectly fine to me. This may vary and you can tweak in accordance to your own schedule.
♡ Start your day half or an hour before your synchro classes. My concentrartion level during morning is very low that's why I took advantage of ol class and record the meeting so I can watch it later.
♡ Perform low-energy tasks, such as actively recalling what you studied the night before, from 8 am till noon. Writing down all the ones you can recall is one method to go about it. If you also meditate or exercise do it during morning.
♡ My day often begins around noon, when my level of focus is also at its highest. I start working on projects that demand a lot of concentration, like quizzes and homework. I also do this to avoid getting overwhelmed at unfinished tasks at night.
♡ Everyday from 3 to 5 p.m., I take a power nap. I need intervals from studying to help me recharge my mind and get it ready for an all-nighter.
♡ 7 pm until 12 pm is dedicated for my studying. Since I can only study few subjects within those times, I pick subjects that I have synchronus classes that day and allocate 2 hours each (i usually have 2-3 synchro classes per day).
I review the lessons by taking notes or creating flashcard from the recorded meetings.
♡ 1 am to 2 am is where I review and proofread the tasks I did during afternoon. I also prepare myself for tommorow's class by creating my to-do lists before I sleep.
