Some shots from yesterday’s game. Firstly, this photo of the men of 1ABD moving into the area was snapped by the quick thinking Ruud van Drijvers at from the first floor window of his house at 17 Klompenstraat #chainofcommand#spreadthelard
From his hidey-hole in the loft of no. 5 Reuzelstraat, Major-General Connery himself spies a menacing threat. “Shurely shume mistake?”, he mutters #chainofcommand#spreadthelard
Finally, thank you to everyone who stopped by to play and to the even bigger number of people who stopped by to chat. Special mention to @BalooGames for keeping things flowing on the many occasions I was distracted. #chainofcommand#spreadthelard

A thread… Hmm. Printing at home in scaleable dimensions is a predictable development in our use of 3D, as touched on in the most recent @wssmagazine podcast. This both excites me and worries me in equal proportions. 1/11
Firstly, my own experience of working with a talented CAD guru and talented printer tells me that anything is possible. Previously impossible to source miniatures are now within reach 2/11
What is unknown by me is the durability of product. How brittle is the print? Does it sag or become more brittle over time? Will my fabulous looking armies of today bend, break or wilt over the long run? 3/11
