Minutial observation from latest Mueller drop: We now have the "Segment from a Translated Email" that @rickwgates was questioned over. I agree with Gates that "Boy" is Yuri Boyko, but given the context and nicknames I believe that "Tsar" is actually separatist leader @OlegTsarov.
