साताऱ्याचे राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसचे लोकसभेचे ऑक्टोबर २०१९ च्या पोटनिवडणुकीत निवडून आलेले श्रीनिवास पाटील हे पुण्याचे जिल्हाधिकारी असतांना त्यांनी ३ एकर २६ गुंठे जमिनीचे क्षेत्र ३२६० एकर कसे व कोणासाठी केले होते?

छत्रपती संभाजी महाराजांचे वारस, छत्रपती शाहू महाराजांनी १७३५ साली ३ एकर २६ गुंठे ही जमीन भट आणि गोसावी यांना इनाम म्हणून दिलेली. पुढे या जमिमीचे काय झालं बघाच...

१. सन १९५० ला मुकुंद भवन ट्रस्टने या जमिनीवर दावा सांगितला तत्कालीन कलेक्टरने दावा अमान्य केला.

२. मुकुंद ट्रस्टने नंतर न्यायालयात दावा दाखल करून ती जमीन त्यांच्याकडे जबरदस्ती ठेवून घेतली पण १९५३ ला संस्थाने खालसा होऊन ती ३ एकर २६ गुंठे जमीन सरकार ने ताब्यात घेतली आणि त्या बदल्यात मुकुंद भवन ट्रस्टला ५० हजार ८१८ रुपये ६३ पैसे मोबदला देण्यात यावा असे न्यायालयाने सांगितले.

According to the waqf act, the Waqf board committee can declare any property all over India as Waqf property.

if it declares that this land is waqf property then it becomes the original owner's responsibility to prove the property is not waqf property you can not go to court,

you have to prove it to the waqf board committee.
The shocking fact about India

Waqf claimed that the entire village of Thiruchendurai including the 1500-year-old pre-Islamic Manendyavali temple is Waqf board property.

Half of Delhi's land is under waqf control. Even Delhi high court also.

The Ministry of Finance had on June 19 announced that the Govt of India and Beijing-based multilateral financial institution Asian Infrastructure Investment bank (AIIB) signed an agreement for USD 750 million ( Rs 5,688 crore) for COVID-19 assistance to India.

Sanjay Singh needs to understand the following:

There is a difference between collaborating with a bank and taking a loan from Chinese Government.
The project is being financed by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the amount of

$2.250 billion, of which $750 million will be provided by AIIB and $1.5 billion will be provided by ADB.
The AIIB is a multilateral development bank with a mission to improve social and economic outcomes in Asia.
India is one of the founding members of the ADB
