@RatanSharda55@AshwiniUpadhyay Whether the SC can admit or reject a PIL, should be based on solid reasoning, rather than on whims of the judges. Public has a right to know why after accepting PILs on Jallikattu, it rejected the PIL on #WaqfAct involving rights of millions? @PMO_NaMo@KirenRijiju@VHPDigital
@RatanSharda55@AshwiniUpadhyay@PMO_NaMo@KirenRijiju@VHPDigital Does it mean that the Hon’ble Supreme Court can be choosy in providing justice? Is it accountable to no one? If so, it is not only an unfortunate travesty, but could lead to people losing faith in the entire system of governance in this country.
@RatanSharda55@AshwiniUpadhyay@PMO_NaMo@KirenRijiju@VHPDigital After refusal by the SC, to hear the PIL against #WaqfAct and in light of GOI’s reluctance to veer away from the legacy of minority appeasement, the only option left for Hindus to get justice, might be blocking roads, like Shaheen Bagh or Farmers’ protest. Unfortunate!
