Since I was out last night as all good Americans should be on Friday, just now getting a chance to look at DOJ appeal related to Cannon's special master order.

Keep in mind the IC (led by John Brennan lackey Avril Haines) only announced an IC review THE SAME DAY Judge Cannon...
indicated she would consider Trump's lawsuit seeking a special master. If national security threat was so dire, why'd they wait so long?

On Jan 1, 2021, a man who called himself “1%Watchdog” created an encrypted chat group. At least one member of the Oath Keepers joined the chat.

On January 6, “1%Watchdog” urged listeners to storm the Capitol, make citizen’s arrests, and kill in… amgreatness.com/2022/09/15/the…

“1%Watchdog” made the Zello channel public around 2pm on January 6 and a reporter just HAPPENED to listen and record the conversation.

The meltdown by the paid class of bluecheck legal "experts" over Judge Cannon's ruling to allow a third party to vet DOJs claims of "classified documents" isn't bc they're afraid of national security.

It's because they suspect DOJ is lying.

Otherwise, why not embrace an...
a special master to validate their claims?

Same people who demanded a special counsel to vet accusations of Trump/Russia election interference are caterwauling (Weissmann) about an opportunity to make sure claims by Garland/Monaco/Graves/Wray are accurate.

This is all..
a cover up. It's why the same actors--Monaco and Avril Haines in particular--are fighting Cannon's order every step of the way.

To use the old phrase--if you have nothing to hide, what are you afraid of?

When rioters burned parts of DC during Trump’s inauguration—an r tire organization coordinated the violent protests—no one declared “domestic violent extremists” were a threat.

To the contrary, all charges dropped.

From joint filing in special master case. DOJ really, really, REALLY does not want a third party to scrutinize their claims of classified material.
Let's revisit the absolute hysteria related to Trump's declassification of the FISA app on Carter Page. FBI fought it as long as it could with claims any release would endanger national security.
