Career of Thousands of Students like me are at stake.
We Cleared WIPRO Exam in 2021.
We Rejected offers of other companies for WIPRO, But It's been 1 Year and We are still not on-boarded. WIPRO either delaying or Rejecting without any clarification. (1/10)

Now we don't have a job and No other company is not willing to hire us.

1) We applied for WIPRO Around September 2021 then Appeared for Assesment & interview in Sept - OCT 2021. (2/10)

2) In Nov. 2021 we Recieved Selection Mail and then in Jan 2022 we got Offer Letter.
3) Around Feb 2022 we got Selected for a 3 month UNPAID Internship+ Training Program called "Velocity".
We were promised that our package will be Upgraded to 6.5 LPA.

WIPRO Promised to Release Upgraded Offer Letter from 3.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA after Passing Velocity with above 60% marks.

4) Our UNPAID Internship+ Training started
Around March - April 2022 and Ended in Phased manner around July 2022 End.

5) First Onboarding was suppose to be in August 2022 but they postponed it to September .
Now They again postponed to Unknown Date and Said they will inform 1 month prior .

=> There are 3 Categories of students here.

1) Those who haven't got Upgraded offer letter Despite Clearly Velocity with excellent marks.

2) Those who got Offer Letter but Their Onboarding is being postponed again and again.

3) Those who have offer letter and On-boarding scheduled but Now got Reject Mail without Clarification.
After 1 Year of Successfully Clearing Exam and Receiving Offer Letter, and Succesful background check,

WIPRO is Rejecting many Candidate by Saying that In 2021 Exam you violated Assesment guidelines.

They could have said this in 2021 after 1 month .Atleast their 6-8 months wouldn't have been wasted and they could have joined another company.

Now they are Jobless and No Company is willing to hire them.

After Investing 1 Year in Wipro and rejecting multiple offers of other companies for Wipro we are still not employed.
Even our Juniors are doing Jobs now.

Wipro even started hiring for our Juniors while haven't on-boarded us till now.

We Request you all to support us.
We already lost 8 months and still our employment isn't sure.
