没夸过去好的意思，但还是想说个对比：2011年温州动车事故在微博上引起了民愤，铁道部部长道歉；2022年因为防疫发生车辆侧翻，死了27人，无人负责，只有四处控评删帖，光明正大捂嘴。你当然可以说，2011年审查制度不完善，做不到，但这不止是控评问题，而是自信网民线下拿它没办法，所以连装都不装了。
阿拉伯之春后，学界对科技/社交媒体对社会运动的助力这类话题很兴奋，似乎抗议、反暴政有了新的可能，甚至更大胜算。的确，互联网、社交媒体能在短时间内动员大规模人群，但如何从线上走到线下是个问题，像香港那样大规模人群走上街头也无法转化为政治压力则是另一个问题。
@zeynep 在Twitter and Tear Gas里提到一个概念“战术冻结”，意思社交媒体加持的社会运动，比如占领华尔街，但也无力对抗政府的反制，其中就举了中国的例子，比如审查、洗版控评、假消息……

衝鋒號角, a defense blogger (with 1M followers) on Weibo, completely twisted the facts about the massacre in Bucha. It claimed that it was the Ukrainians that committed the crime. ImageImage
On Twitter, you could also see how ordinary Chinese netizens stay in line with Russian propaganda, claiming that the massacre in Bucha is staged.
孤烟暮蝉, the notorious "patriotic" blogger (6.4M followers) on Weibo, trolled the Bucha Massacre is a poorly staged performance, "hahahahahahahaha, lmao, the extras cutting in line?"
