In March 2021, Chris Wray designated Jan 6 an act of domestic terror. He got no pushback from anyone in Congress.

This was a green light for DOJ/FBI to proceed accordingly.
As I wrote in July 2021, DOJ sought excessive jail time for nonviolent offenders based on need for “deterrence” related to domestic terrorism

Remember kids this DOJ never ever lies.

Here are Matthew Graves' office totally false claims about the deaths of police officers related to Jan 6.

And yes, an adult wrote this dramatic nonsense.
It's important for everyone to see the outrageous prison time this DOJ is seeking (and judges are granting, including Trump appointee Tim Kelly, whose name is spelled wrong here) for a NON VIOLENT obstruction charge.
Aside from AUSA Kathryn Fifeld lies about police fatalities and can't spell a simply surname correctly, she ties Hale to the Proud Boys even though there is no connection.

On Jan 1, 2021, a man who called himself “1%Watchdog” created an encrypted chat group. At least one member of the Oath Keepers joined the chat.

The meltdown by the paid class of bluecheck legal "experts" over Judge Cannon's ruling to allow a third party to vet DOJs claims of "classified documents" isn't bc they're afraid of national security.

It's because they suspect DOJ is lying.

Otherwise, why not embrace an...
a special master to validate their claims?

Same people who demanded a special counsel to vet accusations of Trump/Russia election interference are caterwauling (Weissmann) about an opportunity to make sure claims by Garland/Monaco/Graves/Wray are accurate.

This is all..
a cover up. It's why the same actors--Monaco and Avril Haines in particular--are fighting Cannon's order every step of the way.

To use the old phrase--if you have nothing to hide, what are you afraid of?
