"This is a true and accurate documentation of a chronological timeline of Latoya Rule’s fraudulent claims of aboriginality and when she first came to my attention"

"In 2014, I joined the Anti-poverty Network SA Facebook group and was involved in their organising committee"

"This group was led by Pas Forgione. The more I became involved in this group as the only active Aboriginal member who regularly attended meetings, I was asked on many occasions to speak at public events."

"It was during this time that I met a woman named Nadine Schoen who was the organizer and admin of another Facebook group called First Nations People and Advocates."

"At that point Nadine Schoeb invited me to the coffee meetings at Cibo on Prospect Road.

It was at that point that I first met and began interacting with Latoya and her crew. Prior to this I did not know anything about these people."

"I was involved in this group, and we attended the 2014 Freedom Summit in Alice Springs. Latoya was present in Alice Springs however she did not attend the summit at any time because she said she was sick. Instead, she did sight-seeing with a non-Aboriginal friend"

"On the way back from Alice Springs in the bus Heather Aguis and Joanne Else also both first met Latoya.

They both declared that they would never deal with these disrespectful individuals."

"In 2015, SA delegates from the “2014 Freedom Summit” and members from “First Nations Peoples and Advocates” hired a bus to attend Invasion Day Tent Embassy in Canberra.

Latoya was yet again sightseeing and not attending the events."

"...However, it was at this time that Latoya Rule came back and announced to the group that she just found out she was Wiradjuri."

"In 2016 the Anti-Poverty Network held their annual Anti-Poverty conference with Latoya and Tauto Sansbury, Naranga Elder speaking. In this conference Latoya shared her personal family's life story and as an Aboriginal woman with an oral history of my own, I knew she was lying."

"I was also made aware by multiple Aboriginal community members (Kaurna and non-Kaurna) and various family members of the Morrisons that Latoya was actually the Māori half-sister of Wayne Morrison and his siblings Buster, Ella and Bud."

"I became aware that Latoya was attending Flinders University as an Aboriginal student, obtaining scholarships, funding, and public speaking events."

"At this time, she had her first GoFundMe me page on Facebook claiming to be the head of 'Warriors of Aboriginal Resistance' (WAR) and did a public head shaving mourning event in which she claimed that she was breaking protocol"

"This is when myself and Wiradjuri elder Allan Coe of the well-known Wiradjuri Coe family of NSW decided to approach her to identify her Wiradjuri connections."

(Thorpe attempted to silence Coe's objections to Rule's fake identity, threatening to get the @AusFedPolice onto him).

"Rather than answer our questions, she decided to defame and slander myself and Alan Coe while hiding behind Tauto Sansbury and Cheryl Axelby."

"Latoya held an “Invasion Day” rally at Elder Park in Adelaide in which she claimed that she was breaking protocol doing a public mourning head shaving GoFund me in which she raised over $4,000 to be used by the Aboriginal community (which it never was)."

"This is when as an Aboriginal woman, alarm bells went off for me, as Wiradjuri women do not shave their heads No. 1 and secondly, they wear Mourning caps from the clay of their Nation (There is a display in the SA Museum documenting this)."

"I was then approached by other Aboriginal Leaders who were sick and tired of Latoya insulting them with no cultural respect or understanding while being protected by others."

"It also came to my attention that Latoya was working in Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement and being supported and promoted by these individuals. She also attended Flinders University as an Aboriginal Student since 2013."

In 2017, Not long after that her half-brother #WayneFellaMorrison died in custody, and Latoya and her mother Caroline Andersen took off with the Deaths in Custody campaign piggy backing on the Aboriginal Activist Movement.

"Interestingly since 2014, I was the main organiser of Aboriginal including “John Pat Day”, “Stand up for the Burrup”, “#SOSBLACKAUSTRALIA: Stop the Forced Closure of Aboriginal communities”, “Stop the Basics Card”, addressing Aboriginal Poverty and Latoya had never attended."

"But after Wayne Fella Morrison’s death she ran with it and took advantage of the death in custody connection.
When I asked questions, she claimed I was attacking her."

"In 2019, another GoFundMe to get money to go to America to speak about #WayneFellaMorrison along with Corporates, individuals & others to fund her trips.

She made over $25000 plus what she made behind the scenes in private donations from organisations & private individuals."

Since her emergence at the Anti-Poverty conference, she has been claiming that she is a Wiradjuri woman along wither aunty Lynda Potts and Latoya’s mother Caroline Anderson.

"Rather than choosing to answer questions about the behavioral norms of Aboriginal community members and their nations, they chose to slander and humiliate me and Wiradjuri community members."

"I attended a meeting requesting me to come onto Wiradjuri country to investigate these things, but Adelaide leaders didn’t allow it."

2000: "Latoya and her mother Caroline are continuously engaging in interviews & other forms of media whilst openly disrespecting Aboriginal cultural protocols to willfully defraud the people of Australia and undermine the Aboriginal people who they claim to be speaking for."

In July 2020, she made over $91,000 on GoFundMe for her #BanSpitHoods campaign excluding other private and corporate donations.

All this time she has worked in Aboriginal identified positions while also accessing Aboriginal scholarship funds.

Conclusion

"Latoya has never publicly acknowledged or clarified that she is a HALF sibling and not Aboriginal at all rather she has been slandering us who have been questioning her Aboriginality."

"I have voice recordings from Wayne Fella Morrison’s relatives saying that they have known all along that she is not Aboriginal the community in SA also knows this."

"She hides behind her support network of Tauto Sansbury, Cheryl Axelby and Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement as she was working there as an Aboriginal person."

"Allan Coe who is a Wiradjuri elder and leader and I have questioned Latoya and her mother Carolyne Andersen for over 7 years now with the cultural permission and followed protocol given to us by Aboriginal Elders and community members from Dubbo NSW."

"Rather than answer these questions Carolyne Andersen chose to assault me in front of my daughter at the SA Coroners court in early 2022 after the Hearing of Wayne Fella Morrisons death."

I contacted the coroners court and spoke with Detective Sergeant Cameron Georg about her claims.
