Brad Stevens, getting emotional: "We have a lot of talented women in our organization and yesterday was really hard on them. Nobody can control twitter speculation, rampant bullshit." #Celtics
Stevens con'td: "we have a responsibility to make sure we are there to support them"

Stevens says there was messaging, and meetings to make sure female employees felt supported - says they will ensure they are there with support for a while. "Yesterday was unfair to them."
Stevens won't talk about the parameters of Udoka's suspension: "I'm not getting into the specifics of how we're moving forward with that."
Grousbeck asked if anyone else in the organization, including the woman involved, will be subject to penalty: "Nobody else is facing penalty or reprimand"
Q: Are you confident this incident doesn't signal a larger cultural issue? Grousbeck: "We go to appropriate lengths to run the org with the core value of respect & freedom in the workplace from harassment or any unwelcome attention." Says this feels like "one of a kind" situation
