No one told me that Anderson basically made a British version of The Warriors on a shoestring budget.
Anderson and Danny Cannon's early films were these brash British things which borrowed heartily from U.S film culture but were their own thing. Visually appealing genre numbers that I wish we saw more of.
And the U.K. were like...yeah whatever.

However...what frustrates is seeing how cliques and circles quickly form and how impenetrable they seem to be.
There's an element of frustration in being on social media and being in proximity to some folk. Sometimes interacting with them and yet...not enough for something to come from it.
