On 12/9/21, just one day before "Libs of TikTok LLC" was registered in Delaware, Chaya Raichik posted this photo with @SethDillon via the @libsoftiktok account.
While neither Raichik nor Dillon's name were on the Delaware registration, a "branch" of the same company - "Libs of Tik Tok LLC" - was registered in Florida in March 2022. @SethDillon is listed as a "manager" on the application.
Raichik's @libsoftiktok got it's "big break" in July 2021, after a seemingly inebriated @joerogan promoted the account on his podcast, referencing a Daily Caller article written the day before.
Chaya Raichik's @libsoftiktok account played a key part in a coordinated campaign against various Children's Hospitals across the country.
In August 2022, the campaign led to a bomb threat at the Boston Children's Hospital, the very same day @Esqueer_ sent the tweet above.

Following the threat, @SethDillon, both a marketer and political mouthpiece, offered a $20k reward for information leading to an arrest related to those threats, asking for information to be sent to a @libsoftiktok email address.
Other individuals made an effort to minimize or deflect blame following the bomb threats, such as Daily Wire's @MattWalshBlog.
And ultimately in mid September, an arrest was made - the suspect parroting many of Walsh, Raichik and Dillon's talking points.
In November 2021, Chaya Raichik was featured on Kristen Ruby's Twitter space.
Kris is president of @RubyMediaGroup, which they describe as an "Award-Winning PR & Media Relations Agency".
Ryan Girdusky, an influencer paid by the JD Vance campaign, and other "viral" right wing accounts were on the same space.
Both influencers (Raichik & Girdusky) were more than happy to #StopTheSteal.

As longtime followers might recall - we caught wind of this campaign quite a while ago - though in a more coordinated effort as #votenos2173.
The campaign was an obvious attempt at astroturfing lawmakers as they voted in January 2020 on a bill related to childhood vaccinations.

On 1/2/21, a Twitter user who is now running for Wyckoff BOE, advised a fellow Twitter user to "Follow @CodeMonkeyZ".

At the time that account was run by Ron Watkins, a super spreader of QAnon conspiracies, election lies, & more. ImageImage

The candidate's views on vaccines seem to be mostly aligned with the "Children's Health Defense" - a non-profit with its national address listed in Franklin Lakes, NJ since March 2022.
