With Bapu's birthday today, it is obvious that we are going to remember him ,as the torchbearer of righteousness, truthfulness and as a man who led India from the forefront towards independence.
A thread 🧵🧵
But is that all that we can recollect of him?
There are so many lessons we can learn and imbibe in our corporate setups, from his principles.
Because they are relevant in this modern era.
His very name is a template to many of the lessons he taught to humanity.
M-‘ Mindfulness’ - As bosses if we do not practice what we preach , we lose the impact and respect we expect from our team
K-‘ Kindness ’- is essential because as bosses we need to uplift and support our team!
G- ‘Growth’- Our objective should be to always strive towards it. Come what may!
A- ‘ Anything is possible’- Power resides in the soul and not the physical being. Therefore we should constantly try to become a better version of ourselves to achieve the unthinkable.
N-‘ Non- Violence’- business is a mind game. We need not stoop low to get ahead of our competitors. Our strong power play is enough to make us victorious.
D- ‘Dedication’- Because even with less talent you can outshine if you are inviolably dedicated to your work.
H- ‘Helping others’- This expand our network and we eventually reap its profit.
I- ‘Identity’- Sticking with our belief system in all circumstances helps maintain our USP and distinctiveness from others.
I am sure these teachings will guide us and help us stay steady on the path of success.
