Isn’t this what the Act is for? To keep workers safe?
Covid is a savage, multi-system disease. It injures our brains & organs.
It’s ‘reasonably practicable’ to ensure adequate ventilation, air filters, masks indoors, & infected staff be allowed to recover on sick leave.

If you’re a union member, ask them to advocate for your workplace, your right to avoid infection/reinfection ..the risk that is to others.
If you aren’t a member, it’s probably time to join.
