⚡️ The Russian Federation has already started transferring its mobilized troops to the Southern Front, but it is still difficult for them, says Natalia Humeniuk, spokeswoman for the Operational Command "South".
Humeniuk noted that the Ukrainian side keeps all transport arteries under fire control. Because of this, the Russians cannot provide their units with the most necessary - drinking water, means of protection, ammunition.
At the same time, according to her, the concentration of Russian forces on the right bank is still quite powerful and large.
