We will be using Argent X wallet so copy your Argent X wallet address.
We will need Goerli ETH for gas fees so go to faucet.goerli.starknet.io paste wallet address and get test tokens

2 input the name
3 click the search to check if its available, if its unavailable change name and search again.
4 click "Register" and sign trxn in wallet
Then wait for confirmation in your wallet
