Here are my notes from Monday 3rd October's meeting

The meeting took place with a large number of representatives from the Club, including CEO Michael Nicholson.

Thanks for all the questions in advance. I attempted to get answers to as many as possible

- Parking & Stadium Experience
• Coach Park an issue
• Working with Police Sco
• Can't create a bus bubble to clear stadium
• Residents complaint of preferential treatment to GCC upheld
• Possible redesign of bus park to allow turning

□ Whitby Street Project
- Group of supporters help tidy area on matchday
- Aim to be better neighbours

F (Fan): Can the club pay for Police to direct traffic away from stadium?

C (Club): Recent delay was due to disturbance on London Road between Cel & M'well fans

F: Turn lights off on London Road?
C: Police Sco claim more effective to programme lights

F: Buses jumping queues causing traffic
C: Incidents of bus drivers not following stewards' instructions

F: Irish Supporters recognise effort and thank those who helped make the recent derby a 12.30pm kick-off

- New sports bar opening very soon

- Electricity certified renewably sourced
- Waste 100% recycled
- Water consumption reduced
- Energy Saving Opportunity Survey
- Solar panels initially too heavy & expensive, looking at new models

F: Earlier kick-off times like in Eng?
C: No plans

F: Solar panels, sell back energy
C: Not cost effective

F: Stadium catering, issues with quality & pricing (Twitter pizza image mentioned)
C: Already raised with caterers

F: Catering pricing?
C: Can raise in line w/inflation

- New viewing platform opening in the East Stand soon

● Women & B Teams
- Upcoming World Cup a great opportunity to showcase both teams

- Women and B-team more visible in club content (website, emails, multimedia platforms)
- Fans attendance growing
- Future home ground Barrowfield or elsewhere in Glasgow

F: How much do tickets cost?
C: £8 adult £4 kids
- Young Hoops Club free with an adult
- £80 for season ticket

F: Women's coverage not easily accessible
C: We retweet and post on our YouTube channel

● Marketing, Media & Communications
- Want to make Fans' Forum even more inclusive
- New Fans' Forum hub in development

- Biggest ever survey of Celtic supporters
- Online survey done during the World Cup

F: Census skewed by how well the teams are doing
C: Can follow up on replies and answers will help inform the club

F: Will there be a hard copy Census?
C: We will accommodate accessibility issues

F: Is this a follow up to Fraser of Allander Institute?
C: Helps us quantify fans

F: Great concern of tolerance
C: Address these things privately

F: Away games the worst

F: Kids influenced by fan groups

F: Ultras singing questionable

F: Visit from Feyenoord representatives (a previous FF) showed we have to educate fans

F: Not right that only certain politics is allowed in football stadia as seen with Ukraine support and recent royal death

F: Ultras culture is a problem

F: Ultras are clever & have young people politically engaged & socially responsible (Palestinian support & Food Bank Drives)

Ticketing questions were not answered as a Sub Group meeting is due next month which will cover many concerns

No time to discuss the new Sky deal but I believe the stability and control that it gives is key to club's support
