Multiple folks speaking for the use of the right of first refusal to obtain this parcel, the stream running thru this does limit development but it could still be 16 or so houses #cpc1004 and who knows what could be done to work around the steam and add more
This is what was in mind when the CPA funds were voted for, #cpc1004 uses on the slide proposed are for discussion purposes and not final, should be made as part of the overall open space plan to be redone next year
