🇷🇺 Just as we predicted, after Zaporizhia region was incorporated into the Russian Federation, Rosatom launched the process of Zaporizhian NPP’s integration into the Russian field.
Rosenergoatom Concern, which manages the plants, created a joint-stock company named "Operating Organization of Zaporizhia NPP".
Most likely this is a temporary solution, as the JSC is not a part of Rosenergoatom. Therefore, this legal entity will operate during a transition period.
But thanks to this it is already possible to establish ZNPP operations within the Russian legal framework, to sign labor contracts and negotiate with suppliers. In other words, now the ‘interim state’ at the plant is over.
