[ Tips Membagi Waktu dalam Sekolah]

Mari awali utas ini dengan sebuah pertanyaan

Menurut kalian, jumlah pelajaran di sekolah itu dikit, pas atau kebanyakan?
Hampir 70% banyak ya
Di bawah mimin kasih gambaran, beban belajar SMA versi K13 ya.
Kira kira seminggu itu 44 jam untuk SMA dan 48 jam untuk SMK.
Dengan setiap jamnya itu 45 menit.

Jadi setiap minggu lama waktu sekolah adalah
44*45 = 1980 menit atau 33 jam.
Kalau sekolah 6 hari,maka per harinya sekitar 5½ jam.
Kalau 5 hari, maka per harinya 6½ jam.

Anggaplah ditambah istirahat 2 kali ya biasanya(?), pagi menjelang siang sama siangnya, masing-masing ½ jam

Jadi lama sekolah itu sekitar 6½ sampai 7½ jam.

kita punya WAKTU TERBATAS, dengan Jadwal, penggunaan WAKTU kita lebih efektif & efisien serta TERARAH.
Dengan itu kita bisa punya waktu sisa buat hal lain, misal belajar buat kuliah/nugas.

Kalau mimin dulu minim 1jam/hari. Image
Jadwal ini ada 2 jenis
- task oriented ( Berpatokan Hasil )
- time oriented ( Berpatokan Waktu )

Keduanya punya plus minus masing masing, silahkan pilih mana yang paling sesuai buat kalian.
