NEW: FBI will not share whether it has made a single arrest in its stated investigation into attacks on pro-life centers + orgs + Catholic churches following the leak of the Dobbs opinion. And some pro-life orgs tell me they never heard from the feds.

FBI says it is investigating attacks against crisis pregnancy centers, faith based institutions, and abortion clinics. When I asked for specifics on how many attacks it is investigating on pregnancy centers and faith based institutions, FBI would not say.

Remember when Capitol Hill Crisis Pregnancy Center was vandalized? I found out today that MPD has suspended its investigation into this attack, pending more evidence. Oh, and the clinic director says she never heard from the FBI.

Meanwhile, the Biden Justice Department is heavily focused on protecting abortion clinics from pro-life activists who pray outside or seek to persuade women not to abort their unborn babies (11 more charged with FACE Act violations yesterday).

NEW: I spoke to girls and parents from Randolph Union High School in Vermont, where school officials are facing backlash over their handling of a biologically male transgender student using the girls' locker room.

One of the girls I spoke with, who is on the volleyball team, says she was half dressed when the trans student began to enter the locker room.

“Please don’t come in here, we’re still changing,” she says she called out as she struggled to clothe herself.

But the trans student allegedly told her that it was fine, entered the locker room, and stood in the corner “watching” as the other girls finished dressing. The girl tells me the interaction made her, and most of her teammates, incredibly uncomfortable.

.@lacroicsz says she checked herself into AMITA Health Saint Joseph Hospital Chicago in 2017. The reason for her visit? For the past 12 months she had been pumping herself full of very high doses of testosterone in an attempts to become a biological man.

According to Kerschner, the psychiatrists at the hospital didn’t seem to care about the underlying cause of her distress (the testosterone).

In fact, she said, they began medically treating her as though she were a biological man in emotional distress.

Heidi Matzke of the CA based Alternatives Pregnancy Center tells the Senate Judiciary Committee: "Just last week, a man approached our care center with an armed machete. We have been forced to hire 24 hour onsite security. We have had to reinforce doors & bullet proof our walls."

"We have been forced to expend valuable resources, resources for women of up to $150,000, just to protect ourselves. Why?" she asks. "Because we offer free care to women. What, we do, though, is worth the risk."

Matzke shares the tragic story of a 19-year-old girl forced by her parents to take an abortion pill, saying the girl delivered her dead baby alone on the floor of her bathroom.

"There was no support. There was no doctor there. There was no nurse there...this is not healthcare."
