⚠️AllianceBlock⚠️is a Layer 2 solution that will disrupt the $100 trillion securities market!
This thread is developed in 3 main parts:
1. What are the real use cases? 2. Is the financial system ready for DeFi? 3. Is $ALBT a good investment?
We need a short introduction to explain the "Landscape".
They describe $ALBT as “a decentralized, blockchain-agnostic layer 2 that bridges traditional and DeFi and automates the process of converting any digital or crypto asset into a bankable product.”
I know... What fu*k this means? Let’s break it down!
✅ L2 is a layer built on top of L1 (BTC, ETH, SOL and AVAX) that reduces bottlenecks with scaling and data.
Easy no?! $ALBT is a layer 2 that aims to bridge the gap between traditional finance and DeFi.
Imagine It in this way: $ALBT is building a bridge (can you see it?) between DeFi and TradFi.
Both markets will have access to the same products, such as loans, savings, bonds, capital accumulation and others, in a regulated and compliant way.
Through that bridge, billions/trillions of dollars of capital will flow between the two worlds.
I don't know if you understand the enormous potential and the impact this may have on the financial world as we know it today.
At this point, I don't want to present all the products they have made because will make this thread really annoying to the masses.
I think we can summarise it in a not technical way:
"Regulations are the missing link required by TradFi entities to engage within the DeFi ecosystem freely and $ALBT is building, side by side, with regulators that bridge"
Let’s answer at the 3 questions with I open this thread:
1️⃣ What are the real use cases?
Applications are endless and in line with a fast growing market, but this are the mains we can recognize now:
-Regulating crypto token issuance to ensure compliance with financial laws
-P2P & NFT (lending, borrowing, and investment protocol)
-Simplification of cross-border capital transfer
-Trustless KYC/AML and Identity Verification
-Regulating and issuing digitized derivatives
-Fund distribution
🚨All the use cases aim to build the regulated “global capital market” of the future.
At $ALBT they are trying to solve problems that securities issuers face with and apparently, looking at their products, is working!
2️⃣ Is the financial system ready to the DeFi?
Today the DeFi space is unregulated but most major banks now are forced to have divisions and teams devoted to cryptocurrency and digital asset.
You should think about TradFi as a worker that to stay in business needs to meet the needs and demand of their customers.
Crypto is here to stay and $ALBT is one of the parts required by TradFi for survival.
3️⃣ Is worth as investment?
I'm not a financial advisor, but I can express my personal opinion:
Considering the environment where we are in today is extremely important to launch a project in the crypto space and be compliant since the day one (if you want masses on board).
👉PROS
-for two main reasons: crypto has no boundaries and to do business, you have to consider international laws and regulations.
This leads to the second point: TradFi entities want to do business in the DeFi space, but there is still a lack of regulations.
To me the direction is clear: in 2023 #MiCA
regulations will take over the space and only few projects will survive.
👉CONS
$ALBT is competing in a highly competitive environments.
As an EX startupper I have to say that I don’t like a company that is trying to build multiple products at the same time.
But I strongly believe in the team and given their experience with banks and organizations around the world....they have learned something :)
A quick disclaimer: I’m holding $ALBT and part of my tokens are staked in the 4 years pool. What I said is not financial advice, just for educational purposes.
Only if you think that this thread can be useful, share it with your audience.
