5/1ـ إن ما صدر في التقرير الشهري لـ @OPCW بخصوص القضاء على برنامج الأسلحة الكيميائية لنظام الأسد خلال اجتماع المجلس التنفيذي والذي أكد عدم استجابة النظام لحل القضايا العالقة وعرقلة جهود كل من فرق الكشف والتحقيق يعد أكبر دليل على عدم التزام النظام بقواعد المنظمة والاتفاقية.

5/2ـ إن اللامبالاة بالالتزام بالاتفاقية ليس وليد اللحظة وإنما مستمر منذ 9 سنوات.
وفقاً لتقارير صادرة عن فرق التحقيق وفريق الكشف والإعلان قام نظام الأسد بتصنيع وتطوير السلاح الكيميائي واستخدامه بخرق واضحٍ لاتفاقية حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية وانتهاكاً لقرار مجلس الأمن 2118.

5/3ـ أتوجه بالشكر لمبعوثي الدول الأعضاء الذي أكدوا ويؤكدون على ضرورة الالتزام بمبادئ الاتفاقية وهذا ترجم بشكل واضح في بياناتهم خلال الاجتماع 101 للمجلس التنفيذي لمنظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية.

5/4ـ إن عدم تسليم نظام الأسد لمخزون السلاح الكيميائي واستمرار تصنيعه يضعنا أمام احتمال تسهيل وصوله إلى جهات إرهابية تهدد أمن وسلامة #سوريا ودول الجوار.

5/5ـ ما نتطلع إليه كسوريين هو تحقيق العدالة للضحايا وضمان عدم استخدام السلاح الكيميائي مستقبلاً في أي مكان وتحت أي ظرف.

1/6-The @OPCW's monthly report confirmed the regime's failure to resolve the outstanding issues and obstruction of the efforts of both detection and investigation teams. It is the biggest evidence of the regime's non-compliance with the rules of the organization and the agreement

2/6- The regime's indifference to the agreement is nothing new.
According to reports issued, the Assad regime manufactured, developed, and used chemical weapons in clear violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention and in violation of Security Council Resolution 2118.

3/6- I would like to thank the envoys of the member states who continue to affirm the necessity of adhering to the principles of the Convention, as was clearly conveyed in their statements during the 101st session of the Executive Council of the OPCW

1- According to a statement issued by WFP days ago, more than 12 million people in Syria suffer from food insecurity and the regime continues siphoning humanitarian aid money in its controlled areas, depriving Syrians of aid and transferring its finance to its military operations

2- According to research conducted by (CSIS) and the Operations & Policy Center, the Assad regime siphoned half of the humanitarian aid funds, by forcing UN agencies to exchange the funds for the Syrian pound at the official central bank’s official exchange rate.

3-The official central bank’s official exchange rate is lower than its real exchange rate on the ground. The Assad regime stole about $60 million in 2020 by pocketing $0.51 from every aid dollar sent to Syria.

1ـ في الوقت الذي يعاني فيه أكثر من 12 مليون شخص في سوريا من انعدام الأمن الغذائي وفق بيان صدر عن برنامج الغذاء العالمي قبل أيام، يستمر نظام الأسد في سرقة أموال المساعدات الإنسانية في مناطق سيطرته وحرمان السوريين منها وتحويلها لتمويل عملياته العسكرية.

2ـ وبحسب تقرير لصحيفة الغارديان نَقل دراسة أجراها مركز الدراسات الاستراتيجية والدولية، ومركز أبحاث مركز العمليات والسياسات، فإن نظام الأسد استولى على نصف أموال المساعدات الإنسانية، من خلال إجبار وكالات الأمم المتحدة على تحويلها إلى الليرة السورية بسعر الصرف الرسمي للبنك المركزي.

3ـ إذ أن سعر صرف الليرة مقابل في البنك المركزي الذي هو أقل من سعر صرفها على أرض الواقع بفارق كبير، وحصل النظام على نحو 60 مليون دولار في عام 2020 من خلال جمع 0.51 دولار من كل دولار مساعدات يتم إرساله إلى سوريا.
