1. TRANSFORMATION
The introduction and fast-tracking of every executive bill aimed at boosting the nation's economy and generating larger revenue. I will see to it that laws are made to transform Nigeria from a Consumerism state to a Production Giant,

by setting up industries responsible for manufacturing the by-products of our crude oil thereby lowering the exportation of raw crude, increasing employability, job creation and human capital development.

2. QUALITY EDUCATION
Quality education is the bedrock of any nation geared towards progress. I therefore pledge to use this course to make laws that will forestall the recurring of strikes at the tertiary level of education, and ensure good, quality, accessible and

consistent education. I also pledge to advocate for free education at the elementary level for every Nigerian child, thereby building sustainable and employable citizens.

3. SECURITY
I promise to see to it that our laws are mended to ensure the safety of all lives and properties. Nigeria should be a safe haven for all (both citizens and non citizens). I will ensure that insecurity, which has been a recurring phenomenon with threats to the lives

and well-being of all citizens is curbed. And this will guarantee an enabling environment for businesses to thrive, thereby creating jobs and employment opportunities for the youths and eradicating poverty.

4. AGRICULTURE
Nigeria as we all know is characterized by high reliance on food imports. Malnutrition has become widespread in the entire country and the rural areas are especially vulnerable to chronic food shortages, imbalanced nutrition, erratic food supply,

Poor quality of food, high cost and total lack of food. I, Onunwor Ndamati, will stand with our local farmers to ensure that proper laws are put in place to encourage them as well as foster support for mechanized farming.

This will in turn boost our agricultural sector, creating millions of job opportunities and food sufficiency in the nation.

5. HEALTHCARE
Due to the deteriorating and poorly developed state of the healthcare system in Nigeria, especially at the Local Government levels, it is no news that there's no adequate and functional surveillance systems developed to track or monitor the outbreak of diseases.

Healthcare is particularly of importance to me for obvious reasons. Therefore, I will not only make laws, but will also ensure that you, my people, get access to quality healthcare by working in alliance with stakeholders to build and establish world-class health facilities and

proper healthcare services for both mother and child, youths and the elderly, creating more job opportunities for health workers and youths, in Obio/Akpor Constituency and Rivers state at large.

6. HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT
The world is now controlled by the revolution of technology, as the driving force of a nation's development and growth has shifted from natural endowment to knowledge economy, countries no longer depend solely on their natural resources,

but by implementing creative ideas and knowledge to move their country forward. A country that emphasizes on human capital development, propels the excelling of knowledge economy. I will see to it that laws are made to move our Constituency projects from building town halls and

markets, to building Human Capital Development with the intention of increasing employability, achieving a sustainable economic growth and poverty reduction.

7. REFINERIES
I, Onunwor Ndamati, will advocate laws that seek to transit Nigeria from being an import-dependent nation into a net exporter of refined petroleum products, by fixing our refineries and improving Modular Refineries. This will enhance fuel sufficiency in the country

create jobs, and increase revenue. By-products will also be exported to boost foreign exchange earnings in the nation.

8. JUDICIAL AUTONOMY
The Judiciary is the last hope of the common man and is far too sacred to be interfered with. An independent Judiciary is the key to upholding the rule of law in a free society. Every individual is entitled to have access to a system that guarantees equity,

fairness and justice, and it is imperative that such system remains incorruptible, and away from the influence of other powers and authorities. Therefore, I will ensure that laws are made to see the complete financial autonomy of the Judiciary arm of the government of our state,

thereby protecting the civil liberties of our people.

9. SPORTS DEVELOPMENT
There is no doubt that Sports is a major unifying factor amongst Nigerians. However, despite the massive talents in the country and the palpable love of the people for sports, it is quite unfortunate that the industry is still very much under-developed.
