The Mississippi Constitution says the people have the exclusive right to regulate the government.. & whenever the government doesn't do what is necessary for their safety and their happiness, the people have a right to alter and abolish that government.
I'm announcing today that we've decided.. we will file a Fair Housing Legal Complaint against what the Mississippi government has done to the people of this state. When you deny people access to clean water you are violating their fair housing rights!
