@sassal0x Ethereum & DeFi will never be compatible with this, one dictate must go. We all know there is only 1 country who made this list
@sassal0x The Bitmex case is the pivotal precedent in all of this, it proves what I have stated for 3 years, the US will use it's allies to chase and extradite people globally just for DeFi even existing, because it "touches US commerce and US peoples"
@sassal0x When you understand that language in Dodd & Frank and elsewhere in Ofac, and Bsa, what it means is that if the rest of the world *fails to explicitly exclude the US through screening & permissioning, the US can hunt them*. They *did this* in Panama Papers & Fatca.
@sassal0x Foreign account tax compliance act was used to enforce strict banking requirements on virtually every bank globally, even in Russia and China. Country will do *anything* to avoid the Ofac list.
@sassal0x So what do you think the State Department plans to do long term? Well we know, collude with banking and CeFi lobbyist to white list the entire industry with corrupt Licensing requirements, by exerting pressure on every Offramp globally that accepts native DeFi proceeds.
@sassal0x I don't think that winning a First amendment or Fourth amendment case against The State Department & Treasury is going to be anywhere as easy as we believe, because of the tax evasion & aml things they cite against these foreign offramps. (Binance who've they coerce intensely)
@sassal0x If they can do it to Binance, they can do it to just about anyone outside China and Russia, and China will absolutely cooperate since they hate crypto anyways. But out industry doesn't know the laws used to coerce Binance, when we should.
@sassal0x Because of the way the US operates bilateral treaties and holds Ofac designation over the head of most UN members, they will all roll over. The US merely needs to assert that non KYC Defi "Had proceeds from our foreign enemies which causes us financial systemic risk"
@sassal0x We see this as solely a US domestic 1st amendment issue, but most of the danger comes from how the US exerts it's legal power on Exchanges & Banks overseas, that's how they are able to do protocol level censorship through litigation.

man yall's relationship stories are hella depressing.
Ngl might have to find the waifu in south america, these american girls are BBQ'd. Sign of the times, product of a failing racist empire.
the girl who was the best to me was a second generation immigrant, both parents immigrated from Vietnam & China, fully bhuddist, the second best girl to me, her parent's one was from Korea during the Korean war, the other from Mexico. I'm bearish af on US culture.
The long term white girl basically broke me as a person, what my parent started, she finished.

democracy and the scientific method are not compatible, neither are democracy and proper substantive and procedural rule of law
There is a place for democracy, as you see in Dao protocols, the closest form to direct consensus democracy.
Republican Parliamentarian democracy is the real democracy speak of, the typical and evil, and necessary, inescapable form, even the PRC uses, it's the most abused form, the one that has to be curtailed by localized, direct, consensus democracy, and often a rejection of it fully
The reason Western progressives are so insidious is because they more or less have over time, been conditioned to utterly hate decentralized federalism, which is the entire basis of Proudhoun and Tolstoy's political theory. This alone, makes the US less democratic than the PRC.

wiping their ass with the constitution
"I believe in the Lochnean interpretation"
> if it serves blue anon National Security creep for political trials
I'm "Not suppose to use the word blue anon"
But they know exactly what it means, and that's why they get so mad, and they should get mad, they are guilty.
This is undoubtedly more warped critical pedagogy and national security shit from Progressive district attorney hiding behind Lochner interpretation when it is anything but a basis constitutioncenter.org/blog/lochner-v…

I'd be in favor of SCOTUS overturning alex jones case.
100%. Democracy is retarded. The only safe society is one with fundamentalist free speech.
Doesn't take a genius to know that aj's entire career was a intel op and poison pill long con anyways, letting them abuse slap, defamation, and slander laws to undermine the 1st amendment for auth DemSoc blue anon agendas is bullshit.
fundamentalist free speech protects you from the other forms of fundamentalism. I believe in no gate keepers, and no nations.

First off, coincenter, and a large contingency of lawyers are fighting for your rights, and the defense of the first amendment to control the US government, and to prevent them from imposing global KYC on defi, which they and the EU desperately want to do....we will
continue that fight...

In the meantime...lets talk about damage control....

How do you not get kicked off of DeFi completely?

How do you atleast maintain privacy without anonymity?

Basically NFT gating with certain types of NFT's and or ZK privacy tech that contains some
sort of KYC information, or some sort of derived verification process, maybe even a numcheck PGP hash or something tied back to a doxxed account on Coinbase, something elaborate and cryptographic along those lines. Yes, I mean permissioned Dapps, which I utterly hate, but we're

@lex_node @ChrisBlec a) I kind of think they will brute force what they have through weasel language like with bZx, software licencing is easier to lose than pass b) I think commodities are easier to trade offshore if you can game it let me explain,
@lex_node @ChrisBlec There are ultimately loopholes Jump/SBF use to trade offshore Bitmex. etc, Security designation is very stifling, bastardizes tech, and Commodity status is definitely being applied to bitcoin. This Dccpa bill could give them even greater authority to pursue Uniswap,.
@lex_node @ChrisBlec Not only is the current crypto policy leading to unfair KYC requirements that violate speech, it's so ignorant to overseas CFTC law, it isn't going to allow anything to be legalized. US hedgefunds/other big entity have been trading on Deribit/Huobi/Binance this whole time.
