Here is gift link to story. While it covers a lot of new info about Trump Media + Technology Group, Truth Social (which it owns) + the Digital World SPAC deal, it doesn’t mention that weird event where Trump, his son and Kashyap all quit the board. 2/11

Here is the story about them cutting and running from the Board, which is no doubt related to the TWO investigations, SEC + SDNY (federal). The investigations are mentioned in the WaPo story but not this! Goes to consciousness of guilt. 3/11

1. Cowlifornia suit against several of his own cownstituents for calling him a #FakeFarmer. He called himself a farmer on the ballot description+ they pointed out he didn't have a farm.

Suit withdrawn by Devin, probably due to strong CA anti-SLAPP laws

Twitter removed from suit, Devin attempted to re-add them, judge told him to cut it out. Now says he'll appeal Twitter's removal. Suit still exists against other 3 but he can't identify Cow + Mom.

This article is a good look at what possibilities there are for #WhoFundsDevinsLawsuits, a hashtag I invite everyone to use whenever #DevinNunesIsAnIdiot is mentioned.

1. He's funding them: with what money?
2. He has a benefactor: then he must declare it + he hasn't

3. Contingency suits: possible but defamation rarely taken on contingency. They're expensive + hard to win, even harder for public figure.

Counterargument: Attorney Steven Biss has made a habit of suing on behalf of aggrieved Republicans vs media.

There’s lot of great detail in Irby’s piece, including that Kashyap “Kash” Patel is ***the author of the infamous “Nunes Memo”***. That shouldn’t surprise anyone that #DevinNunes, notorious for not reading any materials, couldn’t have written a conclusion on what they said.
This earlier tweet links to the @foxnews piece that first alerted Irby to the Patel lawsuit. Plenty to ruminate over in both pieces.

Like the pointless Nunes suits, they’re filed in VA despite the lack of a connection to any of the parties. Little on legal merit, plenty bombast.
