Xexi Li who was masked when she went outdoors during the protests says the truckers would derive pleasure from her flinching when they honked. I can barely tell what is behind a mask, let alone know if someone is flinching. Interesting.

Xexi Li on the Freedom Convoy protests which were "terrifying": "I was never deterred from going outside". Huh?

Q: "Did you feel unsafe walking the streets?"
Xexi Li: "Hard to describe unsafe. I don't know how to describe it". 🙄 #POEC

Listening to Xexi Li, one gets the impression the Freedom Convoy truckers came to Ottawa to specifically taunt her. She was the focus of their attention.

Xexi Li admits people in her building threw eggs at the truckers and the protestors. So far in the testimony, this is the most violent act that occurred and it didn't come from the protestors. 🙄 #POEC

Xexi Li: "Although, I didn’t see acts of violence. It was chaos”. Terrifying. #POEC

In the immediate aftermath of the protests, weeks after, Victoria De La Ronde says, "I kept hearing phantom horns. I also had phantom smells." #POEC

Zexi Li puts her mask back on after finishing her testimony. Am told by credible sources in the scientific community that Covid19 took a break for the hour and a half she was speaking without a mask. #POEC

Carrier:"Some protesters were lovely. They were not a homogeneous group." #POEC

McHale: "A business which was anti-convoy, their google review got attacked." What is this even?? #POEC

McHale: Police discouraged residents from coming into the downtown core. We're still hurting because Wellington street is closed. #POEC

Carrier: "Protestors had catering tables outside restaurants. They were offering free hot dogs and chocolates. Meanwhile the business that was trying to stay open and survive was not getting any business.” This is literally terrorism.🙄 #POEC

My impression so far from the hearings is that the witnesses opposed to the Freedom Convoy protests are struggling to justify the rhetoric that the protestors were a bunch of terrorists, thugs, etc hell bent on terrorizing residents of the city.

McHale: "Unexpected lockdown from Christmas season into January. Winterlude was cancelled. Lot of businesses saw this an opportunity to make money". #POEC

Councillor Fleury: "Having a big truck on the street was a weapon." #POEC

McKenney: "I personally didn't witness any acts of violence. I was told about them". 🙄Recall McKenney called the protests "violent" and "threatening". #POEC

Fleury says the Andrew Fleck Child Centre had to close during the protests because of threats. I live next to the centre. This morning,next to the centre,I saw needles,faeces,homeless guy jerking off,and a strong stench of urine next to where the kids play.This is EVERYDAY! #POEC

This was McKenney in February writing to Trudeau and the RCMP claiming Ottawa residents were experecing "unprecedented violence". Today at the inquiry, she had to admit she personally hadn't witnessed any acts of violence but had "heard" about them. #POEC

Th protests were so dangerous and threatening that Catherine McKenney was walking around the protests, taking photos, filming stuff, etc. #POEC

Wonder if under cross examination Fleury will be asked about that time when he used an illegally obtained hacked list of donors to the Freedom protests to doxx an Ottawa city employee who had given to the cause. #POEC

Will McKenney be asked about this outrageous assertion she made claiming that the protestors had set fire to an apartment building and taped the doors shut to trap them inside. This was before even the cops had a chance to investigate. Turns out this was a big fat lie. #POEC
