Indians give disproportionate importance to engineering, medicine & UPSC while looking down on humanities, literature & art, then wonder why there isn't innovation & attention to detail at par with west or South East Asia.

Let's start with robotics & AI, the word Robot wasn't

coined by a techie, it first appeared in a 1920 play about a mechanical person who falls in love with a human, that set the ball rolling for future generations to explore the possibilities.

Yesterday 16kg heroin was caught at Mumbai airport, before that 345kg at Nava Sheva port, before that 75kg in Mundra, all this in months after 3000kg at Adani's port in Mundra.

Chola dynasty ended in 13th century, Mughals came in 16th.

So they never fought a war, but @ShivAroor with his impeccable record for facts is running Cholas vs Mughal narrative on India Today to promote a film.

Not that I take pride in a history of conquests, casteism & grand

structures, culture created by the privileged Savarnas & then Ashrafs with Brahmins in courts & Rajputs leading armies at the cost & labour of the oppressed castes or converts who were cannon fodder for Rajput-led armies.

But what is our history? And if some of it isn't ours,

whose is it? Who is that other that is being marked out with the Mughals?

The arrests were in Feb 15 2002, 12 days before innocent passengers were burned in Godhra.
