Apparently calling Eric Swalwell “fang fang” justifies more jail time.

Remember, these are the same prosecutors calling J6 trespassers “domestic terrorists.”
Bannon sentencing hearing is Friday morning at the DC District courthouse.

Going thru DOJs latest temper tantrum over Judge Cannon's special master order. After winning a partial stay related to classified docs (still pending full appeal), DOJ now asks court to overturn the entire order.

The Biden regime does not like accountability and oversight:
Judge Cannon is responsible for forcing DOJ to admit leaks about the investigation just "happen"--also forced DOJ to come clean about privileged material getting into the hands of federal investigators. She said DOJs word was not enough.

And here they change their story again:
So the FBI stole 2,000 more documents than DOJ has admitted in court. That's not an insignificant number, especially since DOJ insisted their initial review was completed back in August.

Tuning into Anderson Cooper to watch report of newly released footage of Congressional leaders at secure location on January 6. Bob Woodward is a guest. This should be good.
Cooper confirms Alexandra Pelosi shot the footage. She was there to record the "transfer of power." It's part of her documentary on Jan 6 -- she's reached out to J6 defendants, I've been told.

Footage starts at 9am that day. Pelosi says this will be an "epiphany" for the country
Pelosi: "I'm gonna punch him out." Referring to Trump

Says he will be trespassing?

Rep. Aguilar just suggested they are investigating possible obstruction related to Cassidy Hutchinson's account of a physical confrontation between Trump and the Secret Service, decisions to prevent Trump from going to Capitol after his speech.

Release all the USSS records.
Now Raskin going thru timeline of "attack," including first breach right before 1pm.

Oddly he does NOT mention that pipe bombs allegedly were found right around that time as well.

The committee has not yet mentioned the pipe bombs.
Timeline also excludes killing of Ashli Babbitt and death of 3 other Trump supporters.

Um, these clips of Pelosi and Schumer look very rehearsed. At one point, Schumer appears to be reading from his phone.

January 6 performance underway. (I am wearing my "Due Process Denied" t-shirt in honor of the last hearing.)

Chairman Thompson insists this was not a partisan exercise. "Let the facts speak for themselves."

He immediately condemns Trump.
All the broadcast networks are airing this farce.

Thompson: "What did President Trump know? What was his role in a multi-part plan to overturn our election."

Sounds like there will be some sort of vote today.
The always-dour Liz Cheney up now. "The committee may make criminal referrals" to DOJ.

"The central cause of January 6 was one man: Donald Trump. None of this would have happened without him. Exactly how did one man cause of this."

As I await the start of the @January6thCmte performance, I'm digging into the latest batch of J6 FBI files as a reminder the committee didn't investigate or hold any public hearing about FBIs involvement in what happened before or on that day.

Hmmm wonder what "DT" stands for🤔
Apparently it could refer to "domestic terrorism" but I digress. In FBI lingo, same thing as Donald Trump.
This is a flat-out lie. FBI not only ran informants into Proud Boys and Oath Keepers months before January 6, they used the Wolverine Watchmen, a FB group, to stitch together the Whitmer fednappers.

Just like everything related to Jan 6 and the House committee, accounts about Secret Service action/involvement are sketchy at best.

If, in fact, Secret Service and law enforcement saw people w/weapons near the president, they should've shut down the speech. But they didn't...

Um, WTF? Then why did they let Trump speak outside? Or other elected officials?

As I wrote here in August, the "missing texts" raise all sorts of questions as to the Secret Service's participation in the inside job that was January 6.

It is Biden's DHS--agency responsible for USSS--that has kept these texts concealed for 18 months.
