30-50g of gelatin/collagen a day.

I’ll never see a wrinkle in my life. Bright and white forever, in all places.

Darker under-eyes, upper lip, armpits, knees, and groin ? Gelatin will save you

next to tyrosinase inhibitors, the insane levels of glycine induced glutathione will overthrow the need for any melanin molecule.

Glutathione is known as the brightening anti-oxidant miracle molecule. With age this anti-oxidant starts rapidly declining and that’s why people keep having debates on the internet of who’s hotter a 40 year old woman or a 20 year old woman, the answer is the one with the most glutathione.

Most videos i’ve seen in regard to collagen and gelatin consumption recommends 4-10g of gelatin a day.

However , Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body, 30% of all protein mass is that of collagen.
Some data even suggests collagen is 50% of the body’s total proteins!

it makes the most sense that our macros must simulate that, not 30% of your diet or caloric intake, as the body has other macros to use for other purposes than proteins, but 30% of the protein intake must come from collagen/ gelatin.

The optimal dose is between 30g to 50g of gelatin/ collagen a day.

150g of protein a day? (Has to be excercising, otherwise there is no need for this much protein and it could be harmful depending on your gender and weight) 30% of that, which is 45g must be from collagen/gelatin.

Which corresponds to 8g-17g glycine, 3g-9g proline, ~6g+ alanine, ~8g Hydroxyproline, some Arg,Asp, Glu.

Gelatin has zero to minimal histidine, cysteine, tryptophan or methionine. These are important but we get a lot of from cuts like steaks.

For most women 100g of protein a day is great and 30g of gelatin would be perfect.

Note that some foods you eat will have some gelatin so maybe you don’t have to supplement 30g of fish gelatin but 20g if you ate the skin of the chicken or the fish on that same day.

Glycine Vs Gelatin Vs Collagen

Collagen and gelatin are more similar than different, they contain identical amino acid profile: Glycine, Proline, Hydroxyproline, Alanine, Glutamine, Asparagine and Arginine

Gelatin is simply the cooked version of collagen. Which means shorter amino acids.

The heat hydrolyzes the collagen and turns it into a more easily digested shorter chains of amino acids that form a gel-like texture when dissolved , a texture that collagen can’t induce.

This makes gelatin superior for gummies and jello and even for digestion.

Glycine is one amino acid that both gelatin and collagen have, but what makes gelatin and collagen excel is that they have other anti-inflammatory amino acids such proline, and Hydroxyproline, not just glycine.

Home-made cheesecake (from absolute scratch)

All that is needed is four ingredients:

🥛1-Whole raw milk (which we will make both cream cheese and sour cream from, with the help of a lemon🍋 )

🥚2 -Pasture-raised eggs

🍯3-Your favorite sweetener (honey/maple syrup/granulated sugar)

🍂4-Vanilla extract

1-Cream cheese:

Cream cheese is just fresh cheese in a blender with the accompanying whey made from separating the milk.

You can just buy cream cheese, or cottage cheese from the store and blend it, or you can make it at home (10x more delicious) with just two ingredients 🥛 🍋

There are multiple ways to make cream cheese; some use rennet and heavy cream, but we will start simple with just two ingredients:

To make Cheese, we’ll need :

1- whole raw milk 🥛

2-Lemon 🍋

🧈Instructions for one cup of Cream Cheese:

🔥 1-Bring 8 cups of milk to a boil on Medium to Low heat

⬇️2-Once it boils, turn the heat off

🍋3-Add 8 Tbsp of squeezed lemon juice

Slowly, the cheese will separate from the whey.

🫗4-Once it’s separated, strain the cheese using a cloth and press it tightly to drain every lasting drop of the whey.

Keep the whey, as we’ll need it now:

🧈5-In a blender, add the cheese, then slowly pour the whey while blending to the desired consistency

🎉 Et voila, you now have cream cheese. 🧈

Note:

Increase the amount of milk, or make multiple pots at once, to get the desired cream cheese amount based on the desired serving amount. (This recipe calls for 4 cups of cream cheese, which will make 12-16 servings)
2-Sour cream:

For sour cream, first, heavy cream needs to be made.

🥛Heavy cream is the fat content of the milk separated by skimming.

What we will be doing is skimming the fat layer after boiling and then refrigerating the milk.

Ingredients:

🥛1-Whole raw milk. That’s it.

Instructions:

🔥1-Bring the whole milk to a boil

❄️2-Refrigerate overnight

☀️ 3-In the morning, the fat layer will be hardened and floating on top; skim the top layer of fat

🫗4-Strain it through a mesh for a smooth consistency

🎉 We have now obtained our heavy cream.

🍋To make sour cream from heavy cream, you’ll need an acidic substance :

Sour cream can be made using various acidic substances such as yogurt, buttermilk, the leftover whey liquid from the cream cheese recipe, lemon juice, or vinegar.

These acidic ingredients help thicken and sour the cream. Each method provides a slightly different flavor profile, so you can choose based on your preference or the ingredients you have on hand. Feel free to experiment to find the version that suits your taste best.

Instructions:

1-Mix your acid with the heavy cream (the whey liquid made earlier from cream cheese or lemon juice)

2-Cover the container with a lid

3-Allow to rest at room temperature for 24 hours; this allows the sour cream to ferment, thicken, and develop a tangy flavor.

A generation of women has been lied to.

The skincare and sunscreen industry has convinced a generation of women that sunscreen must be applied daily, consistently, to the extent of pressuring us to use it during the gloomy winter days ( how else will they make a profit in winter)

today, the lies told to keep selling us sunscreen are being extended to umbrellas, scarfs, sunglasses, and face masks

But what they don’t tell you is you do not need any of that

To prevent:

1- wrinkles associated with “old age”
2- sunburn from the upcoming beach vacation
3- the pain of skin cancer and the waste of time invested in treating it

You only need to quit PUFAs today and replace them with SFA food.

The sun has been the sun since the dawn of time.

What has changed, though, is the skin composition.

Skin cells have lipids; what’s consumed dietarily dictates the structure of such lipids.

-PUFAs are known for oxidation and rancidity.

-Sturated fats and cholesterol are anti-oxidants.

Inside the skin cell, the unsaturated to saturated fat ratio corresponds with oxidation to anti-oxidation ratio

What naturally happens when the cells are high in unsaturated fats ( due to a diet high in unsaturated fats) is that when exposed to ultraviolet lights, they oxidize and deteriorate with age, causing wrinkles , cracking, and pigmentation

Those cells, if high in saturated fats, even when exposed to sunlight, cause no damage. The structure of saturated fats is integral, firm at room temperature, and prevents oxidation.

The skin ages gracefully, the wrinkles do not form with age, the skin never burns at the beach, and skin cancer is an unknown phenomenon.

What sunscreen and sun protection did for those two cases was put a shield on the PUFA faces so that the PUFA doesn’t oxidize in the presence of the sun.

If the cell composition had been proper, all sides and areas of the two cases would’ve maintained youth even when exposed to daylight.

-Skin cancer isn’t a documented lesion throughout history; it’s a modern phenomenon induced by modern food.

-Any isolated tribe examined doesn’t also seem to present with it.

The toxicity of sunscreen is often talked about here, but rarely are the individual ingredients listed and discussed with their repercussive dangers. So, I will be doing that in another thread soon. But one thing you need to remind yourself is that whatever is applied externally on the skin is absorbed internally, worst if it’s a low molecular weight toxin

Such a fact shouldn’t cause fear, as in certain products we want them to penetrate deep and reach our organs. A good example would be castor oil.

Instead of masking the problem. And adding an array of new issues by introducing a mixture of toxic chemicals via the sunscreen, fix the root, and throw the PUFAs ( soybean oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, and canola oil) in the trash.

Replace it with coconut oil, olive oil, tallow, and butter. Let your cells be made from the potent saturated fats. And you shall not wrinkle.Image
