Many of us were taught this one incorrectly because thymidine content in agar unregulated until 2006 so looked resistant in old studies.

Considerations for making choice.
I'll typically choose beta lactam for nonpurulent cellulitis, but I'm perfectly fine using Bactrim monotherapy if I think might be mixed/MRSA concern or a reason not to use a beta lactam.
Don't use clinda.
Doxy not good 4 strep.
