A fruit available all through out the year.From Infants to aged everyone consumes Bananas!

Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, various antioxidants and phytonutrients.

Bananas are high in potassium, a mineral that promotes heart health& normal blood pressure.

Bananas contain antioxidant flavonoids also associated with a significant decrease in heart disease risk.

They also aid in stabilizing the body’s electrolyte balance.
🔸Excellent pre and post workout fruit

▪️Having just one banana before exercising will give you sufficient energy for the same.

Also, some research says that the benefits of bananas help to relieve post-workout soreness and cramps.
▪️Helps muscles to recover after exercise:
Banana is rich in potassium which helps to recover your muscles after a workout.

Consuming bananas after exercise may help to strengthen your muscles and it allows you to work out more.
