"Overpasses for America" has multiple chapters. The one in Arizona travels around the state and holds these overpass rallies, placing signs and flags on the overpass fencing. Their messages are often election disinformation-heavy, plenty of 2000 Mules references.
Apparently, the police were called during their Sept. 17th overpass rally. The AZ chapter of "Overpasses for America" shared this video addressing it. It's #AZProblemChild.

I saw another person involved with "Overpasses for America" claiming in a QAnon Telegram channel that he was also involved in the ballot box patrols. I've seen no *actual* evidence of him being out there, but another possible connection between O4A and those harassing voters.
As @__8675309___ noted, #AZProblemChild was spotted outside the Phx FBI building, protesting after Mar-A-Lago was searched. Multiple people involved with "Overpasses for America" were also involved. Other O4A posts shared the media coverage of the day.

Also. On Sept. 17th, Overpasses for America AZ started promoting "Ben Sent Us," the mysterious group sending threatening letters throughout the state.
