[Oct. Week 4- Governance Memo]

This week, we voted for each protocol's proposals as below, and released a short memo on @osmosiszone .

We focused on $ATOM's #prop78 (@cosmoshub ) and $OSMO's #prop349 (@osmosiszone ) this week :-)

1/ @cosmoshub - prop#78 (ABSTAIN)

This proposal persuades the Cosmos community via fairly long letter for :
1) Step-by-step execution of ATOM 2.0
2) Possibility of corruption in the Cosmos Foundation
3) The need to modify the treasury system

1-1/
a41 agrees with the purpose of the issues raised by this letter, but judges that it contains a large portion of speculative claims that are not supported by appropriate evidence.

In the future, in anticipation of an objective discussion on this, we voted for this governance proposal as ABSTAIN.

2/ @osmosiszone - prop#349 (YES)

This proposal suggests disincentivizing ROWAN/OSMO (#629) pool.

The DEX Liquidity Protection program implemented on Sifchain on September 30th puts a cap on the amount of ROWAN sold every 24 hours to increase the stability of ROWAN price.

2-1/
After the update, only bots could sell ROWAN tokens in Sifchain DEX.

This cap led users to use the ROWAN/OSMO pool in Osmosis DEX as an exit.

2-2/
As a result, we worry that the ROWAN/OSMO(#629) pool in Osmosis DEX will break due to such disproportionate price-oriented transactions.

2-3/
a41 voted YES on this proposal, rationalizing that a pool with such risk does not deserve external $OSMO incentives.
