Comments: around ~10yrs ago I began to read in earnest fashion MSN and also moved onto Twitter.
Anyhow, MSN has since been dumped by me, e.g., NYT, WaPo, WSJ, Guardian, etc...yet my main point is, I'm aware looking at news sources needs cross referencing, checking around and

following up. Plus a good knowledge of background, historical and person or their situational info is a must.
Well, I fail and fall in many respects with these.
Still, I'm aware of I think a slide or drift and guided at that, towards a form of perhaps parochial authoritarian

leaderships. Whilst a geopolitical interplay towards a fascistic formation of politicking between governments is now underway I believe.
It's the parochial (of nation or state, if you like) manipulation of the local zeitgeist in play to maneuver that population into a more

malleable condition which is a worry. The doubts I have of all situations within local Western countries being without a cause born to manipulate that populace there is in my mind.

So, this thread's here is a vague-of-me outlook into what's going on maybe.

Well, without certainty of view with evidenced material, it's difficult. 'Fascism' and even 'Nazism' are strong terms to employ against (geo)political systems, and/or politicians' behaviour too.
Yet I'm strongly leaning-in to see things in these terms and with likely
