Business Overview:
Issue Objective: 100% OFS issue.
Asking valuation at 98X FY22 earning & 119X Q1 FY 23 earnings annualized making me uneasy. Balance sheet & Cash Flow looking pretty good (what else do you expect from a FMCG Co?). 3rd largest sweets & snacks maker. 100% OFS issue means nothing going to company. Low debt level.
Overall, considering everything I find it interesting except the asking price and wondering if anything left for investors. So, I MAY or MAY NOT APPLY.
