After the #ExploitativeShylocks expose,many victims expressed their willingness to be enjoined in any class legal suit.

90% of those victims complained about MOGO & PLATINUM.

The rest had serious issues with MWANANCHI & MOMENTUM.

Platinum Credit was not helpful at all in my facts finding mission. From the CEO's accounts, it was difficult not to agree with every complaints both employees and clients raised about Platinum Credit.

Eden Bridge were very helpful. The two complaints raised were verified and addressed professionally despite the clients having exaggerated their complaints.

Bees CAPITAL Ltd did return one logbook it had withheld illegally.

Letshogo and Decimal capital Ltd have never denied nor agreed to allow the complaints raised against them.

MOGO also cooperated.

They did allow me and my lawyer access files of few clients who had complaints.

I'm still investigating why and how people lose their bikes when about to clear their loans.

I have two cases I'm handling.

I will visit their yard coming week.

My CONCLUSION:

1. Kenyans need to be enlightened about these MICROFINANCE institutions which I WILL DO.

2. There are so many hidden exorbitant charges by some of these institutions.

3. Some of these institutions just want you to default even by one week they exploit you..
