for the rape of a 15 year old girl from Chabahar city by a police officer.
Her case has been referred to the Islamic Revolutionary Court in Zahedan, but Faezeh has been denied access to legal representation.

She has also been denied the right for temporary release by posting bail. A hearing in Faezeh’s case was held on October 31, 2022 and a verdict will be issued within 20 days.
Faezeh lost her father 12 years ago and security forces have threatened her mother against speaking up. Faezeh has been charged with leading “riots” and it is highly likely that the judgement of retribution will be issued against her
(could carry an execution sentence). The Bàloch-Zalbolani Zrombesh is following up the case of Faezeh and is demanding that she be allowed access to a lawyer.
Please speak up for Faezeh. It could save her life. Let us not allow the IRI to persecute unjustly and possibly sentence to death, a young innocent girl, only because she demanded justice. Time is short. #FaezehBrahui
